How much does house cleaning cost?
Regular cleaning starts at $107 a visit for a 1-bedroom home on a weekly schedule, and $169 for a 3-bedroom home every two weeks. Deep cleans start at $199 and move-outs at $249. Every price is on our pricing page, and you can pick just the rooms you want ($99 minimum visit).
How do I get a quote?
Call or text (754) 219-1118, or fill out our quote form. For homes, we can usually price your cleaning from your number of bedrooms and bathrooms. For businesses, we schedule a quick walkthrough first.
What if my cleaning takes longer than planned?
Every cleaning has a planned time based on your home and what you booked. If we need more than 15 extra minutes, we stop and ask you first. You can approve more time at $59 an hour, billed in 30-minute blocks, or have us finish the main rooms. We never add time without your OK.
What is the Palm Club?
Palm Club is our monthly cleaning membership: 1, 2 or 4 cleans a month for one set price, with a 12-month price lock, one free add-on every month and 40% off your first deep clean.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach, Dania Beach, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Davie and Aventura, plus nearby communities in Broward County and north Miami-Dade. Not sure if we cover you? Just ask.
What are your hours?
Our phone line is open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. Cleanings are scheduled to fit your calendar, including evenings and weekends where available.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, our team brings cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer specific products, or your business requires certain ones, tell us when you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients share access instructions. We collect keys, gate codes and alarm details securely when you book, never by email or text.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Let us know about your pets when you book, including anything our team should know about keeping them safe and comfortable.
Is Twin Palms part of Site Command?
Yes. Twin Palms Cleaning Services is a division of Site Command, a South Florida facility maintenance company. Site Command coordinates repairs and maintenance for businesses and property managers, and Twin Palms handles cleaning.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Call or text us as early as you can and we'll find a new time. Our team will explain the rescheduling and cancellation policy with your quote.
How do I pay?
Our team will go over payment options with your quote. Recurring clients are billed on a regular schedule so there's nothing to remember.
Can you clean my business after hours?
Yes. Many offices prefer evening or early-morning cleaning. We'll set it up at the walkthrough.
